1. Your order

You choose the place, date (and time when needed) and ticket types. We only ask for your name, email and phone to issue and deliver the tickets.

2. Payment

You pay on a secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms the payment — not when you return to our site.

3. Price shown

The price shown before payment is the price you pay, including mandatory fees we know of. Some attractions add parking, taxes or optional extras on site; each place lists what is not included.

4. The attraction's own rules

Each attraction sets its own entry rules (age, ID, timed entry, height limits). Those rules apply to your visit.
