1. The attraction's policy applies

Each place shows its cancellation and change terms before you pay. Many attractions sell non-refundable, date-specific tickets; when that is the case, we say so on the page.

2. If the attraction cancels

If an attraction cancels your visit (for example, a closure), we refund the amount you paid, or offer a change when the attraction allows it.

3. How to ask

Use the Contact page with your order number. We reply by email.

4. Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear.
